The apartment is located in a new residential area on the outskirts in the west of Friedrichshafen. It is only a few minutes to Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, as well as bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. There is a children's playground by the lake. It is only 6 km to the city center of Friedrichshafen, 9 km to the trade fair and the airport. There are very good transport links to the bus and train, also just a few minutes' walk away. Ideal location for many interesting excursion, bicycle and hiking destinations in the 4-country corner (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein).
